Gift Card Terms & Condition

By purchasing, accepting and using your APM Monaco E-Gift Card (“Gift Card”), You are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 
Gift Cards are issued and operated by APM Monaco. We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Gift Card scheme; (b) decline to issue Gift Cards; and (c) withdraw or cancel Gift Cards for reasons including but are not limited to (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a Gift Card in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions, or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of fraud or tampering of a Gift Card; (d) terminate the Gift Card.

Gift Cards are delivered via email to the address you supply to us immediately after purchase (or as near as possible to).

Gift Cards are a digital product. APM Monaco does not offer physical Gift Cards.

Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Card(s).

Discounts cannot be redeemed against a purchase of a Gift Card. All Gift Card purchases must be paid in full using a Credit Card or any other available payment method (Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, Split it, Alma).

We are unable to process orders with multiple Gift Card recipients. Please place a separate order for each recipient.

Gift Cards are only redeemable against APM Monaco merchandise online at www.apm.mc.

Please note that the Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased via Gift Card will be exchanged only.

Receipt of an APM Monaco Gift Card does not automatically guarantee purchase of any item.

Please note that Gift Cards expire after 12 months and any unused balance on them cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards can be purchased alongside other merchandise on apm.mc but are not counted towards the free shipping minimum spend. Standard shipping fees will apply to products ordered using Gift Cards but credit on a Gift Card can be used to pay for that shipping.

Gift Card orders are not subject to additional processing or shipping fees when purchased on their own.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of APM Monaco gift card complies with these terms and conditions.
