Exchange policy

We offer a one-time exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order, excluding customized products. Additionally, we provide a six-month warranty for quality-related exchanges, applicable to all customers. 3-year warranty 

APM Monaco jewelry are covered by a 3-year global warranty excluding natural wear (minimal scratches, minor loss of brilliance).

If you wish to repair your jewelry, please visit any of our boutiques worldwide. Repairs are typically completed within 2 to 3 weeks under normal circumstances. Once your item has been repaired, we will notify you using the contact information you have provided.

Post-Warranty After 3 Years

Should your piece require attention beyond our standard warranty—such as natural signs of wear including surface scratches—our After Sales Service team will assess its condition with the utmost care. For a bespoke renewal experience, we offer an exclusive restoration service for €20, designed to return your treasured item to its original brilliance and elegance.
